Appointments

• Slots with Felicia (Braids by Fels) are released on the 28th of every month at 8pm.

• Slots with Bibi and Kamyah are released on the 15th of every month at 8pm.

Same Day

• Same-day appointments are available with select stylists, subject to availability. Contact by email to check.

Late Arrivals

• A £15 late fee applies after 15 minutes.

• Arriving more than 30 minutes late may mean your appointment is cancelled, to allow the schedule to run on time.

Deposit

• A £30 deposit is required to secure every appointment. The remaining balance is paid on the day. Deposits are non-refundable.

Cancellations

• At least 48 hours' notice is required for cancellations.

• No-shows incur a 50% charge.

• Hair should be washed and detangled, with no product in it, before your appointment.

• Blow-drying is included in the price of the style. Complex detangling (15+ minutes) incurs a £20 fee.

• Hair/extensions can be provided at an extra cost — this can be added when booking or on the day.

• Using 2 or more extension colours (to mix and blend) is a £18 add-on.

• Boho braids using 2 or more bundles require the "Using 2 or more bundles" add-on to be selected at booking.

• Please bring pre-stretched hair only.
